Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern public site use before a separate mobile app development agreement.
This site provides general information about mobile app development. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, security-certification, privacy-compliance or other specialist advice for a particular product or organisation.
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, introduce harmful code, bypass protections, scrape contact information, submit confidential material through the public form or reproduce original material as an unrelated product or app service.
An enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, promise a scope, certify an existing product or establish payment terms. If Wexunareli and a client choose to work together, scope, fees, access, confidentiality, security, responsibilities, acceptance and changes should be recorded in a separate written agreement.
The Wexunareli name, original copy, visual identity and site assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Substantial copying, resale, republication or adaptation requires written permission.
